Satan and the Tale of Two Disinformation Imps, John Fund and Karl Rove, Minions-in-Waiting to Dick Cheney

Imp Number One:  John Fund

Liz Cheney took offense when Christian Bale expressed an entirely understandable sentiment with his, “…thank you to Satan for giving me inspiration on how to play this role.”  It was a tough role and Bale correctly portrayed who Cheney appears to be: two men, one on the outside to be experienced by the world around him; the second understood by the imps and minions who assist him to achieve his real goals.

Satan is well known for disguises which make his evils achievable. 

According to the Wiki, “Satan, also known as the Devil, is an entity in the Abrahamic religions that seduces humans into sin or falsehood.”  Evil inclination is universally ascribed to the iconic persona of Satan; Cheney’s “evil inclinations,” are too obvious to be overlooked when his motives are understood; but the screen of fear he used to install the surveillance state, delayed this awareness. Today, over 50% of Americans do not believe the story pushed by the Cheney – Bush White House to explain September 11, 2001.  

  

The attributes of Satan are with us every day in people who seek power only for their own ends.  But the science of neurobiology has increased our understanding enormously.  

Characteristics of Psychopathy

His invading foreign countries with the intention of stealing their oil for his buddies, under cover of the power entrusted to the President of the United States, strikes me as a remarkably good comparison of the two entities, Dick and Satan.  Water-boarding is sort of an also ran, horrid as it is.  The reality of what happened to millions in Iraq was remarkably like Fire and Brimstone, as Dick’s Shock and Awe assault included depleted uranium, likely as a favor to companies unable to find a profitable sale outlet for their DU.  Liz’s dad ensured his buddies could make a profit on poisoning children as yet unconceived.  

I’m sure Satan would be envious at this efficiency for evil,  so I was struck by the accuracy of Bale’s analogy;  however, it was personal events which brought the reality of Cheney to my attention.

In October 1999, my natural daughter, Morgan Pillsbury, called me.  I had not spoken to her since March 1998, when I, along with everyone else in the family, had severed all relations.  Why?  Because I had discovered Morgan had tried to persuade me to turn off my son Arthur’s life support on the lie, she needed his heart.  She had told me she needed a heart transplant.  Morgan had been paid $10,000 by my then husband, Craig Franklin for this and was also receiving $5,000 a month to assist him in the divorce he had filed against me on January 1^st.  Morgan had no heart problems of the kind which had taken both of my sisters by 1994.  Through discovery in court, I became aware of these payments.

The divorce was personal, but as it turned out would eventually lead to relevant insights on 9/11, the Invasion of Iraq, keeping Saddam in country in 2002, the rise of the Attack Drone Industry and Surveillance State.  Craig and his boss, Dan O’Dowd, were put in touch with Dick Cheney, it appears, soon after Morgan jumped into bed with John Fund on October 26, 1998.  READ

Both my husband and Morgan are psychopathic.  Looking for answers, I would follow the development of Neuroscience, beginning some years later; but in 1999, this did not exist.  In 2011, I wrote, When Psychopaths Cooperate.  Also look over Characteristics of Psychopathy.

I knew nothing about what Morgan was up to, when Fund and Morgan hopped into bed.  It was not until 2012, I accepted Morgan was also a psychopath.  

In 2002, I still believed Morgan could change, though I remained cautious.  Morgan was required to provide proof for what she told me.  This was the reason Morgan made the Tape in early October, 1999.  The voice of John Fund is very recognizable as Fund tells Morgan why her promise not to talk to me, was important to him.  I already knew too much about his activities for planting disinformation, and concealing information. 

So, in early December 2002, I had to hear Morgan being battered to believe her.  But I did hear this taking place, as did Eric Buchanan, who Morgan had gotten to know on Free Republic, an online chatroom for NeoCon Patriot types.  Battery     Kicked off Free Republic

Cheney had ordered Fund regarding Morgan and myself, “take any steps necessary to solve the problem.”  Fund was following orders.  Either the Cheney family is more ignorant than is believable to me; or they are part of the Cheney-NeoCon cover-up; judge for yourself.    

Satan must have his Imps. 

The first hurdle Satan faced was recruiting his special Imps, which today we also call Minions.  Minions or Imps come in all kinds, and with a range of abilities.  But most important are those who must remain visible to the public, often in respected and seemingly independent positions, such as journalists.  Was Fund Cheney’s most important Minion?  Certainly, he came close. But Cheney needed Imps and Minions who worked well together.  It is likely his two most important Imps were John Fund for Media, and Karl Rove for ‘electoral issues,’ though this did not mean the two could not help each other in their areas of specialization, especially where these met in common ground.   

You might remember Fund from his insane and off point attacks on Bill Clinton in the 1990s; this fell silent in the 2000s.  This is not to say I was a Clinton supporter, then or now, I wasn’t.  But I did, and still demand honesty from those who serve us as employees in government. We, the people, are the government. 

Barry Goldwater held those values, as did others both on the “Left” and the “Right.”  A NeoCon is not a ‘new kind of conservative.’  A NeoCon is a fascist who installs business – government ‘partnerships.’ 

Goldwater was pro-choice; he didn’t think you had to be straight to shoot straight, welcoming gays into our military.  He thought polluters were to be held accountable for the damage they do to people and property.  And Barry supported the Equal Rights Amendment, which remains to be ratified today. 

Dick Cheney does not deserve respect, but condemnation.  His campaign to lie us into Iraq was treason to our country, and a crime against humanity.  To accomplish this, ‘Dick’ depended on the cooperative efforts of minions while he set up the surveillance state we see today.

Fund was, and remains, one of those minions, though now much deflated in importance.    Fund used to call me in attempts to plant outrageous stories about Clinton.  The glee in his voice was striking.  Just that made it impossible to believe “Bill Clinton had an American flag tattooed on his penis”  -- this being the least outlandish fable Fund tried on me. 

Fund was a multipurpose minion, one who would ensure which stories ran and which did not.  That is why he was at the Wall Street Journal.  Just as Satan needs his Imps, NeoCons need their minions.  

Fund was diligent in finding outlets for stories the WSJ would not run.  When Manny Klausner introduced Fund and Matt Drudge in 1993; this was the partnership which they had in mind.  Manny testified to these facts in deposition. 

So, when Fund ran into trouble, he knew he could depend on Cheney to exert his power.     

What does, “do whatever is necessary,” mean to someone who would not blink at killing millions, and leaving unborn babies to die hideous deaths a decade and more later? 

Understanding what happened in this case of domestic violence provides insight. 

I believe Dick Cheney suborned the legal system in NY to keep his imp, John Fund, in place.  This was not without consequences for Fund.  He was fired from the WSJ and removed from their Editorial Board.  Fund received a letter from Fidelity Financial helpfully informing him he needed to move his 401K.  Letter  

Thereafter Fund worked for Dow Jones.  The Fidelity Letter was mailed to Fund at his apartment in Jersey City.  Fund took the letter with him to Morgan’s apartment at 60 East 9^th Street in Manhattan where he screamed, waving it about and then deposited it on her floor. After Fund left for work the next morning, Morgan scanned it, emailing it to me. 

Morgan had learned I would not trust her, unless I saw the proof, because our family had long since realized Morgan lied continuously.

Morgan did not tell me what was happening in NY.  I thought she was getting on with her life after leaving Fund on January 19^th, a month earlier.  This hopeful delusion died when I was less than five minutes from the apartment and called to let Morgan know I when I would be arriving.  In the background, I could hear Fund yelling.  I walked in to find Morgan’s face bloodied; she was doubled over in pain.  But she would not call the police and was terrified at the suggestion I take her to the hospital.  She also refused to file a police report for two days, finally agreeing to do so on February 21.  I watched through the broken wainscoting as photos were taken of her injuries which were visible.  The police report reflects this evidence was obtained.  

Curiously, the photos evaporated soon afterward.  The police claimed none were taken, despite the note on the report and my having seen this take place.  Then the report appeared on American Politics Journal, edited by Gene Gaudette.  Gene had contacted Morgan, and they had begun to chat. Gene, who I met while in NY, helped me persuade Morgan to file the police report. 

To that point, the system worked.  Fund was arrested as he hid in the men’s room at the Manhattan Institute on February 24.  The arrest was published on Page Six which was a column in the New York Post.  ARTICLE

Then, it all changed.  I had returned to California where Morgan called to tell me she was asked to come in for an interview by the District Attorney of Manhattan.  This lasted six hours, she told me.  She was not allowed to go to the bathroom or have a drink of water.  The original Assistant DA assigned, Eric Arnone, had been replaced by a woman who grilled her like she was being charged with multiple murders. 

I was never contacted to provide my witness statement, then or later, despite multiple calls. 

It was terrifying.  What had happened to our justice system?  The short answer is Dick Cheney, who needed his Fund Imp working. Morgan told me she talked briefly to Arnone, who told her District Attorney Robert Morganthau kept the file on his own desk.  No one else was permitted to touch it. 

At the same time, a bipartisan, cooperative effort of ‘neoliberals’ and ‘neocons’ hit the media with a disinformation campaign aimed at me. 

Eric Alterman, a supposed ‘liberal’ ran a short blurb, entirely unsourced, saying I sent Morgan to NY to seduce Fund, poor sad little minion.  Did The Nation Magazine, where this libel ran, check his sources?  Or call me?  No, never, nor did they respond to my calls and letters objecting to this blatant lie.

The facts bear no relationship to what had previously been published by John Connolly at weaselsearch on September 4, 2001; in the Washington Post on January 17, 2002, Sex, Lies and the Audiotape;  in Page Six on February 24, 2002, "COLUMNIST ASSAULTED HIS EX: COPS”;  what Alterman wrote and The Nation published.

In 1999, I very I briefly hoped Morgan had started telling the truth.  1999 was the year Morgan produced The Tape.  This recording of Morgan talking to Fund, misled me because what you hear is Morgan leading Fund through a conversation with Fund who had presented himself at that moment, his phone number appearing with the beep for call waiting on Morgan’s phone. Morgan had just told me she had aborted Fund’s baby the previous March.  I refused to believe her.  You do not need to take my word for it.  Listen to Fund’s own words and voice. Tape or read the Transcript.

Suddenly, I had hope Morgan’s travails had changed her.  Boy was I wrong.  But demanding proof did point to some startling revelations. Included in this was the Clinton’s Capo, Sidney Blumenthal’s role to keep Saddam in Iraq. 

The lying ways of America’s supposedly reliable media is the question here, however.  Between July 2002 and the start of the Invasion in 2003, the reasons for silencing me had increased enormously.

The willingness of a supposed leftist, Alterman, and a supposed ‘liberal’ publication, The Nation, to cooperatively publicize a lie demanded by the first name on John Fund’s speed dial, Dick Cheney, would be news to most people, even today.  But The Nation, Fox News and NewsMax all participated in the cover-up not just so Fund could continue Imping for Cheney, but to cover-up the cooperative efforts of the NeoCons, both Cheney and the Clintons for the invasion of Iraq.   Did these publications and their management know this, or were they told some other story?   Today, they still refuse to respond to my letters. 

In 2003, after the invasion was safely launched, Cheney and company, who now knew an unanticipated complication had arisen, went after me again.  This does not make you feel popular, rest assured.  Now, the use of the previous blurb in The Nation became the basis of a far larger attack intended to completely destroy my credibility and leave me destitute.

What Americans need to know about the Real Legacy of George H. W. Bush

Today, as never before in our history, Americans need the truth and choices which solve the problems we face.  George H. W. Bush has passed, but the most important imprint he left on American politics remains unknown to Americans.    

George H. W. Bush (HW) had a family who profited mightily from his professional life. Then and today they are joined at the bank account.  As a ‘public servant’, HW was charged to serve us; but his loyalties were with those who have brought Americans to the tipping point of complete disaster, unprotected by the wealth Americans honestly earned.  Instead, we have been rendered increasingly vulnerable through the same actions which enriched HW’s own family at the expense of ordinary Americans.    

If we are to correct course, and save ourselves from becoming a third world nation, we need to understand how disinformation, control of our elections, the media, and public opinion has led us to the precipice in these days before Christmas, 2018. 

In this, HW’s life can serve Americans by providing insights and truths desperately needed.

Read the memorial to HW written by John Fund, a ‘columnist’ for National Review, titled, “John Fund: Why  was  George  H.W. Bush a one-term  president?   Fund is a disinformation agent attempting to continue the cover-up of what happened in 1992.  The National Review was founded by yet another disinformation agent for the same interests, William F. Buckley, Jr..  Buckley served these same interests, Big Oil, by taking the agenda of those then known as ‘Rockefeller Republicans’ to absolute control of the Republican Party; merging the federalization of American government with big business, not free enterprise; consolidation of what we know today as the 99% vs. the 1%. 

From the time he graduated from Yale, Buckley was working for the CIA.  With this we move into the murky world of psy-ops, his assignment to alter the meaning of the word, “Conservative.”  If you read this short article, “Will the Real Conservative Please Stand?” you see how far today’s definition deviates from the ideas which drove a generation of young people to support Barry Goldwater for President in 1964, and then turn their backs on the GOP, leaving it to become libertarians or non-political problem-solvers. 

There was strong opposition to Buckley, because genuine conservatives knew his roots in the CIA and that his opinions were not Conservative towards smaller government, even as he railed against Liberals.  Buckley was an operative, he understood the meaning of the word, “Conservative,” specified a consistent viewpoint diametrically in opposition to that of Rockefeller Republicans.  Therefore, the understanding of the word, “Conservative” needed to be altered so their emerging NeoConservative coalition for federalization could be carried out. 

  I heard about  this  re-branding from Joe Shell, a friend of Barry Goldwater’s in 1990 when he was working on a campaign to elect free-marketeer Dolores Bender White to the 20^th State Senate District in California.  I heard the same, and more, from Connie Ruffley, a life-long member of United Republicans of California (UROC), the same organization which assured the election of Ronald Reagan as governor of California.  

The goal was centralizing government, while talking reduction and lower taxes; and then doing the opposite.  This was possible for Ronnie because his personal charm and charisma made it difficult for people to disagree with his compromises.  He was fast on his feet, and his comebacks routinely neutralized an opponent who could not help liking him as a person. 

I know this because my father, Dr. Arthur F. Pillsbury, a professor at UCLA who ran the Republican Club there, was one of the first people Ronnie talked to after joining the Republican Party.  Dad liked Ronnie – but would not vote for him.  Ronnie often called our house to keep in touch because he wanted Dad in his administration when he went to Sacramento as Governor, and again when he was elected as President in 1980.  Dad refused.  He said Ronnie was not a Conservative.   

The NeoConservative pattern began with Ronald Reagan, who centralized government control in California more than any Democrat could have imagined.  In 1975, UROC, who had ensured Ronnie’s election to Governor in California, passed a resolution begging Americans not to vote for Ronnie if he ran for President or Vice-President.

      Fund’s shallow and unsubstantiated praises of HW, reflect Fund’s career as a disinformation agent, placed in 1984 at the Wall Street Journal to insert the spin, dictated by the same elites which included HW, then vice president of the United States, with Bush’s yet unrealized hopes of becoming president himself.    

Fund’s words are actually intended to reinforce a falsehood he helped create in 1989, that HW, then a sitting president, was more responsible for the strategy which brought about the end of the Cold War than he was; and that in 1992 it was a string of tiny mis-steps which denied HW a second term, for instance, underestimating public reaction to his own negation of his “no new taxes” pledge.   

In 1992, HW lost the presidency because he ignored the offers made to him by PhoneVoter TV Network (PVN), underwritten by Keystone Satellite Communications, to participate in their promotion of satellite and Interactive TV, allowing Americans to move from a passive to active role in politics.  It was nice of the founder of PVN, Brock d’Avignon, to include HW; rude of him to ignore the offer.  It is very possible the Bush Campaign lacked the technological expertise to even understand the offer they received.  This, itself, is alarming and should cause you to question why you think these people are competent to made decisions about your life, suffering no worse consequences themselves than temporary ejection from the government gravy train, if they are wrong. 

Technology was changing.  1992 witnessed two innovations which have transformed the TV industry.  Satellite, using uplinks, could vastly increase name identification for a candidate in weeks.  

Offering voters, a way to be heard with tallies of AGREE/DISAGREE PhoneVotes provided a means for voter participation.  HW ignored both these changes even after receiving the PVN proposal 12 times. Three other candidates, Ross Perot the first of these, began in February 1992 using Capitol Calling Cards supplied to him by Owners of America, Inc. PhoneVoters paid $20 for 20 votes, calling in to listen to Perot’s position on an issue and then voting AGREE/DISAGREE.  The compiled results were supplied to their Congressional Representatives and to the media. 

This is what drove Perot to 39% in June of 1992. 

Then, and even more so today, Americans were hungry to be heard.  Jerry Brown and Pat Buchanan, who each used PVN services, had tallies, but their unedited speeches were broadcast over satellite nationwide. Phone Numbers for PhoneVoting appeared at the bottom of the screen.   Voters came away with a stronger sense of what the candidate thought and who he was.   SEE CLIPS OF SPEECHES

HW chose the far more arduous path of ‘whistle-stop’ campaigning in a nation which had forgotten where the local railroad stations were located, talking to ten people at each stop.   His loss was from no other cause than hubris, ignorance and failure to understand the direction the world was taking.

The phone, automobile, television, and then the internet has impacted our expectations and increased the potential for interacting with those seeking public office.  But this potential must be used to work. 

In 1992, PVN supplied four candidates with interactive satellite TV and Telepoll services.  Three of them paid for these, the fourth used PVN services, evading payment.  The four candidates were Ross Perot, Jerry Brown, Pat Buchanan and Bill Clinton. 

Guess which one, down to $50,000 in the old campaign chest and fleeing charges by multiple women of sexual abuse, evaded paying for services?  You got it, Bill Clinton.  Bill rejected free satellite time because you would have gotten to know him, without edits, in advance of the election.  STORY

PVN was the work of a group of apolitical, voluntarist libertarians lead by Brock d’Avignon. who saw how they could give Americans a needed voice in our political process, enabling them to ask questions, get answers, and make better informed decisions on who they could trust to do the right thing as ‘public servants’ or other problem-solvers.

Phone calls tallied at the bottom of mass media TV screens was that first step in 1992. Who has done more to serve you, HW’s NeoConservatives, or these guys? Here they are.  They put in months of work to give you a voice.

The implication that somehow Americans are obligated to re-elect presidents, is also absurd. 

After the Democratic Primaries were over Jerry Brown had missed displacing Clinton by what was calculated as three days of satellite with tallies.  As the Nominee of the Democratic Party, Clinton had access to a flood of funding.  Through the election, and then again for 1996, he made sure the DNC purchased satellite time for him 24/7/365.  If you are a Democrat, ask yourself if your candidates for other offices in 1996 received satellite time or knew about the benefits of Interactive TV.  We can find no indication this was communicated.  Do let us know.

Awake to the power of technology, HW made sure no GOP candidate used either satellite or PVN for the election in 1996.  Interactive TV makes it impossible for politicians and elites to control public opinion and elections.    

HW Bush and the Clintons not only denied interactive TV debates to you, they also ensured Presidential Debates would come under their control with their agreement to establish the private exclusive Commission on Presidential Debates in 1993.  Clinton became the decider for the Democratic Party with his nomination as Democratic Candidate.  HW held the same power. 

Perot was thrown a bone when he came back to avoid having Owners of America, Inc. adopt Bo Gritz.  But what voice did you have?  Here is what PVN offered, which scared the Dems and GOP into a cooperative effort in 1993.  PhoneVoter TV was encouraging the audience to ask questions of 64 candidates running in 1992.  

In 1993, Haley Barbour, a friend of HWs and mega- lobbyist, was appointed Chairman of the Republican National Committee.  Barbour, on orders from HW, forbade GOP presidential candidates from using satellite or PVN services.  See Letter

What had happened was noticed.  France Telecom purchased Keystone Satellite Communications for $100M, ten times its value of $10M, on the order of Bilderberger leader Etienne d’Avignon.  Brock learned this from David Hansford, the General Manager of Keystone a year later.  The deal with PVN for free satellite time ended immediately after the 1992 primaries.  

After Colin Powell and Steve Forbes dropped out, the most attractive GOP candidate for 1996 was Lamar Alexander.  Alexander was not an HW insider.  Mike Murphy, who remains today an HW insider, was tasked to become Alexander’s Media Consultant.  Murphy stopped the campaign from using satellite and blocked PVN proposals over six times.  The HW anointed nominee was Bob Dole.  Dole’s campaign used no satellite and no TV Interaction.  PVN Notes, show attempted contacts with Alexander Campaign, stopped by Murphy. 

HW had ensured Bill Clinton a second term.  It would seem there had been a meeting of minds and motives. 

In 2000, HW campaigned via Whistle-Stop with son, W. again, only this time with a flatcar loaded with an uplink trailer, which connected them to satellite 24/7.  No other GOP candidate for president used uplinks.  PVN founder, d’Avignon, sent out offers to a GOP candidate, John McCain, for an interactive "Straight Talk TV" Campaign On Satellite (COS) and The RepubliCan Channel; because of the obvious cheating of the American people of audience participation in TV and debates by HW and W. as they did not contact PhoneVoter TV Network, just Keystone for uplinks to their Bushco studio and downlinks to TV news directors.

John McCain received 13 proposals from PNV in 1999 – 2000.   Mike Murphy, who had gone after the position as Media Consultant to John McCain in January 1999, intercepted these offers.  2000 Contact with McCain

McCain and his wife, Cindy, learned this had taken place when d’Avignon put the 13^th proposal in their hands as they stood next to the Straight Talk Bus outside the Beverly Hills Hotel as the California Primary closed.  Reading the proposal Cindy exclaimed, “John, with this we could have won!”  

Fund would do his bit by planting the story which claimed McCain had a black love child.  Fund would run the cover-up afterwards as well, but not well enough to avoid McCain running him to ground at the Wall Street Journal, where the courageous Fund hid under his desk. Fund should have received the Brown Badge of Courage.

The PVN insertion of satellite and TV Interaction resulted in the shopping channels you use today.  You can vote on, “So You Think You Can Dance?”  But no one in the Main Stream Media or politics wants you using the potential for TV Interaction to decide who you can trust, what works best, about options for health care, correction of our banking system which provide a stable economy, allowing you to understand the facts and choose for yourself.  Interactive TV makes this possible.  HW and the Clinton’s made sure you would not know. This attempt to control who we elect, and the choices available to us is the real legacy of George H. W. Bush.

What really happened in 1992 – Not Perot or Clinton - but PhoneVoter and the power of Volitional Science

A small group of Voluntarists were persuaded by Brock d’Avignon, another Volitional Scientist, to spend time working feverishly on a plan to persuade candidates for President of the United States to sign up for FREE satellite time and participate in a Presidential Debate Tournament.  Sixty-fpur Americans had signed up to run for president in 1992 and most of them remained unknown then and now.   

These stalwart Voluntarists included Samuel E. Konkin, III, Bill Cousert, Ron Fink, Howard Hinman, Robert d'Avignon and Lawrence Samuels and Kent Hastings.

PhoneVoter was a business plan aimed at inserting interaction and dialog into political action and so catapulting candidates, and their ideas, characters, values and such, into public view. 

Of the 64 presidential hopefuls only four candidates responded to multiple offerings of the proposals and the determined calls made by Brock d’Avignon, who at first had focused on  Libertarian and other minor party candidates. 

All were offered the same services, worth between $$400,000 a month, or $500,000 - $800,000 in total for the campaign period.  Keystone Satellite Communications, Inc., was the generous donor for satellite time.  Their hope was to elicit more purchases of satellite time for all sixty-four political candidates. 

Videos of candidates who did participate were Uplinked from Keystone’s Technological HQ at 6430 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, 6th Floor.  

To a person, everyone who Brock managed to contact claimed they did not have the money to pay for the satellite time which it was made clear was being offered free.  This did not change, no matter how carefully Brock explained how easily they could sell advertising. 

Or they did not have a camera, could not make their own video or, the reasons were many.

Brock explained over and over how television works, to no avail, even though in some cases he offered to help sell ads to pay for their shows himself.     

Brock called the campaigns for all candidates for the nomination and only Lee Wrights responded.  Lee was unable to get anyone to believe a real satellite company would offer free services.   

Andre Marrou’s Campaign HQs was called morning, mid-day and in the evening.  Brock or one of the other Voluntarists faxed and snail-mailed the Marrou HQ and the National Libertarian Party HQ continuously.   Despite the fact Michael Emerling Cloud will take anything he can get, no one stirred.  Brock gave up, focusing attention first on Perot. 

The four candidates who accepted some services were, in order of their response to the offer:  Ross Perot, Jerry Brown, Pat Buchanan and Bill Clinton.

Ross Perot, unwilling to pay for anything, had the Owners of America, Inc., running Capitol Calling Card 700 Telepoll.  For $.99 for each call participants would vote AGREE or DISAGREE on the question of the week, which was then sent to the media and their Congresspersons.  Brock was writing the questions and so included a second option of, “Would you favor force of law as a penalty or military action?”

Brown decided to use the UneditedPresidential Candidates Speeches Program in March but it took Jerry some time to get his video tape he owned together.  Brock suggested a visual stunt of having Federal Tax Code Books (70 volumes) tossed into a trash truck.  Unfortunately, the Clinton’s got wind of this exciting event and ensured no trash truck was available.  Undeterred, Brown threw the books into a trash can as he held up his 1040 Postcard Form. 

Bay Buchanan ensured Brock received a copy of an unedited speech which Pat had made so he also availed himself of this service.    

Brock received a call from two voices identified as “Marcus and Greer”, who identified themselves as “Media Consultants for the Clinton Campaign” in the third week of March. It was clear they had read the offer made in detail.   

One of the voices, who Brock identified at Frank Greer, asked about how they could obtain services at a price they could afford.  Greer shared that the Clintons were down to $50,000 and their Bus HQ.  The second voice was not Hillary, but perhaps could have been Bill himself since no one named Marcus was employed by the Clinton Campaign.

Brock sent on more information, recommending they immediately rent the only available satellite uplink truck left in the country at a cost of $35,000 a month.  The voice which-was-not-Greer asked about how they would pay for the gas.  Brock told him with the mass-audience generating money would no longer be a problem as long as news directors were informed it was available.  He told them in detail how to accomplish this.  And so it was. 

On another of several calls Brock also advised Greer and Voice which-was-not-Marcus, that Craig Reese, the Keystone Studio Manager on Sunset Blvd.,  said Bill would be better off handling the mike himself in his jaunts across America.  Craig had seen Bill dealing with an MC and knew he did better when he was in control. 

Brock had faxed them, “Do you want it?”  But he never heard from them again. 

Brock knew they had gone around him to get the Uplink truck because he was told by annoyed folks at Keystone this had taken place.   

The advice so provided proved to be true and the insolvent Clintons were soon rolling in dough and edged out Jerry Brown by about three days.  Brown had taken the time to send videos of the Love Canal, which was a horrible outrage but for which it was not clear he had the rights.

The Unedited Presidential Candidates Speeches ran 16 hours a day for six weeks, alternating between Brown and Buchanan. At the bottom of the screen were AGREE - DISAGREE phone numbers.  This was a TV first.    

For the minor candidates the campaign season went as usual.  No one heard anything about them, saw them, or believed they existed. 

Keystone had seen Brock in action, so trusted him to handle the Master Control Panel for 22 Networks when the regular technician had to leave the studio.  His parting instructions to Brock were. “If you have to interrupt programming for some announcement, make sure it is during the programs and not the commercials.  If  that happens we will not be paid about $33.000 each if even one second of those is missing.” 

On May 1, 1992, Brock was in the studio alone as the Rodney King Riots mounted.  He could see an RV on fire, pillars of smoke and microwave video feed was coming in from camera trucks all over Los Angeles.  In the middle of this, it was announced the LAPD was asking Rodney King to address the city.

Brock knew this was going to be tight timing but important.  This was the feed for the entire country.   

After the commercials ended, to the second, Brock intercut into the Rodney King’s speech, so the entire country heard, “People, I just want to say, you know, can we all get along? Can we get along?.....” as the rest of this important speech continued  Brock watched the commercials approach.  The moment King stopped talking the fastest finger in the west made sure not a second of commercials was lost.

Yet another revealing News Release issued today by the National Libertarian Party!

We at Freedom Interactive TV Networks Association urge you to read this opining with attention. If you have been living in your hovel in the wilderness, or have the financing to remove yourself from the meltdown of the economy which has been going on for over a decade now this will be truly shocking. 

However, if you hold a job, run a business, thought you could retire, or had some illusion you could follow the Boomers or Greatest Generation to college, obtain a degree or professional training at a reasonable cost and so enjoy upward mobility and security, you probably rolled your eyes and screamed or groaned. 

If you knew all too well that the homeless rate is rising past alleviation, millions of Americans are now living in their cars, rapacious banks, backed by the Federal Reserve are producing homeless families at a great rate and the regulatory burden on Americans now includes small children who want to have Lemonade Stands. 

And in case you did not notice, the cost of health care insurance is prohibitive and the exclusions continue to rise.  If you bought a home you may realize that 62% of homeowners are 2 – 6 months from foreclosure today. 

I could go on but why bother?  You get the idea. 

And the LP continues to ask you to under-write their salaries while they produce no solutions.  How good a deal has the money you write the LP been for you?

Are you investing to increase freedom – or contributing to a home-grown welfare system which sells you promises instead of solutions which move the idea of a free-market from fantasy to reality?

Today there is an enormous amount of talk about about the divide between Red and Blue, which could be called the Second American Civil War.  But this is not a real divide,  it has been fostered in our minds to make it impossible for Americans to get traction for action, needed to enact real direct democracy.  To perpetuate the Divide we have been manipulated by the .001% using the major media, operatives, and a steady flow of money for payoffs.  They have rewritten history, changing the meaning of what it is to be a Conservative.  

The grape boycott had won in 1970 using non-violent, militant protest as their tool. Started on September 8, 1865, Hispanics joined with the original Filipino effort, choosing the path of non-violence.   Chavez, a student of Gandhi, who was, himself was a student of Alice Paul.

Improved conditions had been hard won. Cesar Chavez had put his life at risk, drawing attention nationally to their boycott with a hunger strike which lasted 25 days.  He had succeeded.

The California Rural Legal Assistance (CRLA), funded by the state and staffed by pro bono attorneys, had assisted with these. 

Before his death, Robert Kennedy had helped solve the problem faced by migratory families to ensuring their children received earned academic credit for their school work traveled with them as the families move on to new harvests.  Before, it had been usual for the laborer’s children to be denied graduation because their records were lost.  The solution was a satellite system to Chavez for ensuring records promptly followed each student to their new school. 

Despite the money and power of the Western Growers, farm laborers had won the right to organize. Their children would find ever increasing opportunities opening to them.  The future held unfolding promise. 

The Western Growers Association (WGA) signed a contract enumerating the list of demands issued by Cesar Chavez, included port-a-potties for use in the fields.  Over those years farm workers had experienced active abuse and harassment by local sheriffs, enduring wretched living conditions, routine job injuries, deaths, polluted conditions, housing which was not as good as a dog house and no running water in many areas. 

But did anyone stop to wonder what the Western Growers Association thought about these recent events? 

In early July 1971, Brock d’Avignon, editor and chief of The New Horizon’s, now in its third issue, published in Los Angeles and Orange Counties decided this was a hot topic.

New Horizon was read by people who supported Young Americans for Freedom; its editorial policy was Jeffersonian Libertarian.  At the time Brock was chairman of the Orange County Young Americans for Freedom (YAF) Chapters.  As the YAF Chairman Brock had recently been in the news, challenging Nixon’s to stay home from China policy and the California State Department of Equalization floor price for haircuts.    They had also protested the murder of 56 million Chinese political prisoners to keep Communist China out of the United Nations. 

Recently, they had done a Free Mark Huessey Protest.  Huessey was held for six months for commenting to a German, as he watch Soviet tanks roll by that their country would be better off without the Soviets.  He was arrested for making the suggestion. 

Brock opened his phone book, located the Western Growers Association on Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles and arranged to go in for an interview.  At the same time, he provided the information needed for them to take out an ad.  1/16^th of a page for $250.

Arriving at the WGA office on Wilshire Blvd., the receptionist in the business-like entry told Brock they were waiting for him upstairs.  The first gentleman greeted Brock as he came up the stairs, introducing himself as the President of the WGA, shaking Brock’s hand.  

Escorting Brock into the conference room Brock, the president, and their communications specialist and an attorney.

They sat down in a semi-circle, away from the conference table.  Brock asked for their point of view.  He said, “I understand that farming is a narrow profit-margin business.”  He told them about his own history picking oranges and lemons and his familiarity with barrios in Orange County. 

Brock expected a discussion of economics.  They immediately told Brock they were all for free enterprise.  But.  They wanted to pass a law against secondary boycotts at the retail level.  Because consumers could pressure retailers.  They were concerned “consumers were being deluded and propagandized,” said their communications specialist.

Brock said, “As far as I can tell the farm workers want two things Port-a-Potties and a raise in pay for things like housing.”  Blank looks from the Growers.  “It seems to me that consumers would like to know their strawberries and food are not being pissed on.  For a couple of pennies a pound you could provide that and look good.”  The Growers all laughed or chuckled at this, looking at each other.    They then sobered. 

The attorney said they were being denied the opportunity to be confronted by their accusers.  Brock, continuing, asked about the demand of farm workers for contracts.    Western Growers did not want to make contracts with the workers or to give their workers benefits.

They told Brock they wanted to put Cesar Chavez in the Federal Penitentiary for the illegal use of the Migrant Farmworker Student School Record Satellite System which Robert F. Kennedy had put in the care of Cesar Chavez.  The system cost $250,000, this being from a Federal Grant for education. 

Brock had asked several times about the cost to growers for raising the wages paid to farm workers.  No answer was forthcoming.  During the interview the attorney slide the check for $250 across the table to Brock.  It was to be a display ad with their name, logo, slogan, address and phone. 

Brock asked when they planned to get their lawyers to do this.  Pretty soon, pretty soon, they said, handing him a sheaf of papers with lots of statistics. 

 After returning to the YAF office d’Avignon called information and obtained the phone number for the United Farm Workers.  Dolores Huerta answered.  Brock told her he was doing a feature article for New Horizon, the largest youth newspaper in Southern California and asked to talk directly to Cesar, saying, “I have some important information for Cesar but I can only talk to him.”

When Cesar came on the line Brock said, after providing his name and publication, “I’m looking at a headline I do not want to publish.  It says, “Cesar Chavez thrown in Federal Pen for illegal use of the Migrant Student School Records Forwarding Satellite System (MSSRFSS).”  Brock paused.  “What I would like to write is, “Cesar Chavez leases the MSSRFSS to UFW for $1.00 a year.”

There was silence on the line for a long while. 

Cesar said, “Thanks, kid,” and hung up.

The Costs of 9/11 Continue to Moun

This is the 17th anniversary of 9/11. During the years that have passed large numbers of experts have established conclusively that the official government account of the event is false. Every year fewer people believe the unbelievable conspiracy theory that a handful of Saudi Arabians outwitted the entirety of the US National Security State and attacked with hijacked airliners the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. Nevertheless, the official story still stands, just as the official story of President Kennedy’s assassination still stands despite majority disbelief, just like the official story of Israel’s attack on the USS Liberty still stands despite all evidence to the contrary. In the US the government never corrects its proven lies.

People all over the world are amazed that Americans could witness videos of the two towers blowing up floor by floor and the obvious controlled demolition of Building 7 and conclude that they were witnessing buildings collapsing from asymetrical structural damage and limited, short-lived office fires.

The 9/11 fabrication and the Osama bin Laden myth were used by the Cheney/Bush regime to destroy the civil liberty protections in the US Constitution and to elevate the executive branch above both domestic and international law. The cost of 9/11 far exceeds the WTC buildings and the lives that were lost.
The real cost is the US Constitution, the separation of powers, civil liberty, and the rule of law.
